If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days from the original date of installation and you will receive a full refund of your monthly fee, no questions asked. Please note that set up fees to activate your account are non-refundable when the issue is not with Arryba Communications. In the event the issue is with Arryba Communications and we are unable to resolve the problem, Arryba Communications will un-install the equipment at no cost to you. Upon the return of the un-installed equipment in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be issued for any monthly service affected and the cost of the installation. This guarantee is limited to the refund of the service and/or install fees only. Service Cost Freeze! When you order, you are immediately protected against any Internet Service Cost increases. Your rates are "locked in" and will not increase for the same service. As other Service Provider ' s cost increase -- yours will always stay the same. That ' s our promise! Uptime Internet Service Guarantee! You can count on us to have your site running day and night, every day of the year -- like clockwork... We guarantee 99% network uptime in any given month (excluding Internet Network down time, scheduled maintenance or other act that is beyond the control of Arryba Communications). How much do we trust our services? So much that Arryba will reimburse the same proportion of downtime in a month of your monthly fee. This applies whenever the client subscriber is unable to transmit or receive as a result of a network failure with Arryba Communications. Network Failures with Arryba Communications are considered to have happened when equipment fails to perform under normal operating conditions. Certain restrictions apply; please see our Service Level Agreement and our Terms Conditions of service for details on the terms and conditions of this offer. Please Note: This policy currently applies to high-speed internet access equipment and the Arryba Communications network. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. |
